The applicant's task is a mobile adsorber filled with fresh activated carbon installation of tanks at the site specified by DRV Zrt., as the Bidder, as well as the optional performance of the thermal reactivations required to maintain the performance of the adsorbent filled in the stationary tanks, as well as the operational and compensation for technological losses during the rental period. Creation of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DBR) for the installation and rental of mobile adsorbers used in drinking water treatment. Within the framework of the DBR system, the contracting authority makes a separate offer is entitled to order, in particular, the following services through invitations: • first delivery of mobile adsorber equipment, with at least 20 m³ of activated carbon per adsorber, including on-site delivery and installation; • mobile adsorber equipment rental; • reactivation of the activated carbon used in mobile adsorbers, including the removal, reactivation and return of the activated carbon; • the final disposal of the mobile adsorber equipment, which includes the treatment of spent activated carbon and its disposal, • compensation for operational and technological losses.
