On March 26- April 7, 2026, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the municipal government of Solano advertised in the Phil-GEPS the Invitation to bid for the procurement of Installation and Delivery of Transformer to be Installed at the Sanitary Landfill Facility aside from its posting in three (3) conspicuous places at the premises of the municipality for thirteen (13) days. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Twenty-Five Pesos and 63/100 (P276, 025.63). However, the bidding process that ensued, resulted in failure of bidding.
On April 10-21, 2026, the BAC re-advertised the same posting places for twelve (12) days, and as in the first bidding process, it again resulted in failure of bidding.
