The Clinical Hospital Center Split is conducting the procedure of occasional joint public procurement from Article 189 and 190, paragraph 2 of the Public Law 2016 with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic entity for health institutions in the Republic of Croatia. The subject of the Framework Agreement is determining the conditions for concluding individual Contracts on the public procurement of materials for construction and consumables for interventional neuroradiology for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia between the Supplier and healthcare institution/User. After the Selection Decisions become enforceable, the client will conclude Framework Agreements with the selected bidders on the basis of which individual contracts/orders will be concluded. Based on Article 307, paragraph 4 and Article 312, paragraph 5. of the Act, the deadline for concluding the framework agreement is calculated from the date of obtaining the consent of the Administrative Council of KBC Split and the competent Ministry. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing and during the said period it provides conclusion of individual (user) contracts on public procurement.
