TECHNICAL TASKS for the performance of works: "Installation of the air conditioning system" Explanation of the division Object construction Reconstruction of a complete property complex at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, village Parking lot, street 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, 7 (cadastral number: 3222482000:12:003:5146). Construction stage 1: Warehouse building No. 2 (1st and 2nd launch complexes), which will be carried out in 2024. BARGAIN PURCHASE LTD. The total period of work is 20 calendar days. In the contractual price, the Participant must to anticipate all possible related costs (administrative costs; logistics costs; housing rental costs; per diems for employees; engineering services; costs for mechanisms and tools; depreciation; unloading of materials supplied by the Customer; checking the quality of concrete directly on the construction site - sampling concrete, checking the cone slump from each delivery; and other costs). Perform the work in accordance with the submitted price offer on the Customer-s BОQ form. When performing the work, the Contractor must to comply with: - building norms and standards; - regulatory and legal acts; - requirements of OP, TB, fire safety during work; - carry out activities in compliance with environmental safety requirements, not to violate environmental rights and legitimate interests of others subjects; - to carry out economic and other activities without violating environmental protection legislation; - to be responsible for compliance with the standards for the content of pollutants in exhaust gases, discharges established for the corresponding type of vehicle pollutants and the impact of physical factors of mobile sources on the state of the natural environment.
