The subject of the order is comprehensive design, construction, delivery, assembly and commissioning of an additional dust removal system with a minimum capacity of 7, 000 m³/h for two transfer points on belt conveyors at the raw material mill. Task includes the construction of a stainless steel filter, accompanying equipment, service platforms, thermal insulation and a full electrical and automation scope. Detailed scope of work1. Mechanical scope: Inventory of the area and implementation of the concept for acceptance by the Ordering Party. Development of the executive design. The filter is made of stainless steel with a capacity of min. 7000 m³/h, with horizontal filter bag service through a side hatch (adapted to tight spaces). Execution i installation of intermediate devices: a screw conveyor and a rotary feeder discharging material to the existing belt conveyor. Construction and installation of dust extraction pipelines, supporting structure and service platforms connected to existing platforms (without collision with existing infrastructure). Thermal insulation of the filter body and pipelines to avoid condensation and dust deposition. Transport to the plant, assembly, testing and commissioning of the system. 2. Scope electrical and automation: Delivery and installation of ICV circuit breakers for new motor drives.
