1. The Barangay Tingub of Mandaue City, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2026 under the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1, 500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Installation of Additional CCTV Cameras Phase III (BRGY. TINGUB 01-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Tingub of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
