1. The Barangay Council of Puguis, La Trinidad, through the Barangay Supplemental Budget, FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty - five pesos and 71/100 centavos (Php304, 645.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF 9 SOLAR LIGHTS IN 7 SITIOS (POW-1041-2026-PGS-02B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
