Description : Invitation to Bid for Installation of 7 Units CCTV at Barangay Poblacion VI, SJOM
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 7 Units CCTV at Barangay Poblacion VI, SJOM / sjom-infra-0076-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 20 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
