invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philgeps Registration to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract;

Brief Description: installation of Solar to the Multi- purpose hall and street light
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) 420, 000.00
Contract Duration 15 Calendar Days
Prospective bidders should possess a valid Philgeps Registration application to the contract, have completed a similar with a value of at least 50 % of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fall criteria in the Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
