1.The Local Government Unit of BARANGAY ELIZABETH, DINGRAS ILOCOS NORTE, through the 2024-20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P507, 535.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF 6KW HYBRID SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC INFRASTRACTURE & SOLAR STREETLIGHTS PURCHASE NO. 2025-08-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
