The Municipal Government of San Andres, Romblon through SB Resolution Number 34, Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1, 000, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project: Installation of 500-Watts Solar Lights at Barangay Poblacion San Andres, Romblon. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
