1) The Municipality of Tabontabon, Leyte, through the Local Government Support Fund-Growth Equity Fund under the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No. 12314 intends to apply the sum of [Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php 25, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 300 units Solar Street Lights for various Barangay. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tabontabon, Leyte now invites bids for Installation of 300 units Solar Street Lights for various barangay. Completion of the Works is required 94 Working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
