Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TERNATE, CAVITE, through the General Fund of the Municipality of Ternate, Cavite for the Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND FIFTY NINE PESOS AND SIXTY THREE CENTAVOS (Php 855, 059.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 3-Phase Transformer at Ternate Municipal Compound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the Installation of 3-Phase Transformer at Ternate Municipal Compound. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 22 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is committed in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
