1. The Local Government of Bolinao through the 20% Development Fund CY 2023 (continuing) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Three Centavos (Php 9, 538, 637.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA-2024-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
