1)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the 20% LGDF CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seven Thousand Three Ninety Pesos & 30/100 (Php 2, 407, 390.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 27 Sets Solar Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Installation of 27 Sets Solar Street Lights. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
