This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This is a notice for interested firms or contractors to advise them of the upcoming solicitation. This notice does not represent a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Information received will be used to determine the availability of technically capable and otherwise responsible firms that would be interested in submitting offers for this anticipated solicitation.
The general services administration, public building service is seeking sources capable of performing construction services for new underground conduits for 2 cctv locations, gate operator, and gate access controls and power connections for the gate operator for the u.s. Attorney's office lease facility at 414 parker ave., fort smith ar.
The estimated cost range for all work is between $25, 000 and $100, 000.00. This procurement will be set-aside to total small business types under far part 19. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the north american industry classification system (naics) code 236220 with a size standard of $35 million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the pre-solicitation synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. The solicitation will be available on or about october 29, 2018.
It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 90 calendar days to complete. Any award resulting from this procurement will be based on a source selection employing a "best value concept" methodology.
