Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation Number 140D0426Q0750 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for construction of a new reinforced masonry barrier wall and associated site improvements at The Presidents House within Independence National Historical Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation and grading; construction of concrete foundations; installation of the reinforced masonry barrier wall and related site elements; protection of adjacent historic, cultural, and archeological resources; coordination with park staff; restoration of disturbed areas to pre-construction conditions; and final site cleanup.This requirement is being issued by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Parts 12.The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
