The Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) requires comprehensive services to prepare the site with med air for the installation of six (6) new EndoDry cabinets in the Digestive/Endoscopy section and one (1) new EndoDry cabinet in the Operating/Surgery section, totaling seven (7) cabinets that will be installed through a follow-on contract. The contractor will install a suitable medical air compressor capable of supplying the required airflow to all cabinets. The compressor will be located in the basement of building 330-BC120, with medical air piped to the cabinet locations. The Contractor shall perform this service in a manner that will minimize disruption to patient care services. Work to be performed at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428, Buildings 330 and 310. The work shall be completed within 120 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). All work shall be conducted during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 0700-1700), excluding federal holidays, unless prior approval is obtained from the CO.

When/if change orders are issued under the resulting contract, they will be issued under the following authority(s):
FAR 52.243-4, Changes (JUL 2025) (Deviation),
FAR 52.243-5, Changes and Changed Conditions (JUL 2025) (Deviation), and
VAAR 852.243-70, Construction Contract Changes Supplement (SEP 2019).
