A detailed description of the subject of the order is included: 1) Description of the subject order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the ZO, 2) the template of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 9 to the ZO.3. The procedure covered by this Request for Quotation is marked with the symbol: KNKa11/2026/WNP-020055. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned marking in all contacts with the Ordering Party.4. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal in electronic form. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers signed in the traditional way in the form of a scan.5. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into two Tasks.
