This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561621, and the PSC is H363. The contract type will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The government proposes to solicit in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included and applicable.
