Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The purpose of the customer is to acquire a partner, which can be used to ensure the safety and condition of the glass balcony railings and the glass railings of the balcony corridors of the VAV Group's properties. The scope of the acquisition is described in the attachments in the documents. There are a total of 44 objects under inspection, with 2786 apartments. The properties are owned by VAV Asunnot Oy, VAV Palvelukodit Oy and VAV Yhtymä Oy. The destinations are located on different sides of the city of Vantaa. The objects are divided into four (4) groups. The offer can be given to all or part of the groups. The comparison basis for the order is the total price per group. Invoicing is done per object based on the offer table filled out by the operator. The inspection is done in accordance with the "Capital Region Building inspectors' recommendations and instructions on inspections of glass balustrades on balconies" (appendix 2) and instructions on the RT 103757 card. An inspection report is drawn up for the customer for each object, which presents the result of the inspection of each glass balustrade and the proposed follow-up measures. The contract complies with KSE 2013. The charging basis for the assignment is the total fee. The assignment does not cover: "5.4 Special compensations", "5.5 Expenses" (such as possible lifting costs) and "5.6 Travel expenses and travel time compensations" but they must be included in the offer price. If the total number of glass railings for the group's balconies and corridors is greater than the number of apartments presented in the request for tender, the operator is entitled to additional compensation of the unit price...
