This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

US COAST GUARD (USCG) Aviation Support Facility AVSUPFAC CORDOVA, Alaska requires the inspection of four fuel storage tanks. The tanks include two 10, 000-gallon aviation fuel storage tanks, one 2, 000-gallon heating oil tank, and one 1, 000-gallon heating oil tank, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
FAR Clauses and Provision applicable to this requirement can be found in the solicitation attachment. Evaluation criteria is best value, in accordance with the statement of work attached. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
