The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (HSY) requests your offer for inspections of cold water meters to be carried out between 1 February 2026 and 31 January 2028. It is possible to extend the contract period with two separate option periods from 1 February 2028 to 31 January 2029 and 1 February 2029 to 31 January 2030. The subscriber decides on the use of options separately for both years no later than four (4) months before the start of the relevant option period. The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions.
