This specification is intended as a basis for the inspection, treatment, and restoration of wood poles. Lakeland Electric has a total of approximately 58, 600 wood poles and follows an eight-year inspection cycle. The term of this contract shall be four (4) years, with options for two additional two-year period renewals. The contract may be extended for an additional 6 months to allow for completion of a new agreement.
