D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the proposed Contract shall consist of commercial and industrial HVAC services which includes the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including but not limited to air handling units, furnaces, rooftop units, chillers, ductwork, thermostats, ventilation equipment, and control systems in City owned and/or operated buildings at the direction of the Contract Administrator for the period of September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028.D2.1.1 The City may negotiate the extension option with the Contractor within ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the expiry date of the Contract. The City shall incur no liability to the Contractor as a result of such negotiations.D2.1.2 Changes resulting from such negotiations shall become effective on September 1 of the respective year.
