Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection and maintenance services of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for 3rd floor of Bldg. 104 in Camp Zama (CZ). This service shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable manufacturer s standards, commercial practices and the specification and manual.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror`s responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings.
Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on To be Determined (TBD) at Camp Zama. All offerors shall be at gate on TBD hours. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT TBD.
