This profound analysis must allow the necessary interventions to be accurately identified and evaluated, with the aim of limiting and normalizing the risks associated with possible defects in the quay walls. This ensures the safety and sustainability of the port infrastructure is guaranteed. In addition to the diagnosis, the assignment also aims to develop a coherent strategy and an operational action plan to reduce the quays to an acceptable risk level and to sustainably maintain this level.
