Implementation ConditionsLocation / Plant: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, ul. Zakładowa 3, 88-190 Barcin Work completion date: January - February 2027 (WTA 2027 winter shutdown period) Detailed scope of work: In accordance with the attached technical documentation, preventive and maintenance inspection of the system 800xA installed in Holcim Polska S.A. Kujawy includes: Aspect/Conec/Domain / OPC servers: 12 pcs. Operator stations: 16 pcs. Engineering stations: 3 pcs. Main activities within the scope: Checking system logs before turning off the machines. Update ABB 800xA software for server machines from Windows Server 2016 to version 2022. Uploading software patches to version 6.1.2 or higher and generating a system report (SPDC). Maintenance of the interior and casing of devices and hardware diagnostics for identification of elements requiring replacement. Start-up of the environment, verification of the correct operation of the entire system, control and possible correction of operating parameters. Performing final data archiving and preparing a detailed final report with review.
