The Insights Driven Organization (IDO) Year 2 Project is focused on designing Lumenus- future-state analytics environment to support enterprise-wide reporting, advanced analytics, AI uses and data-informed decision-making. Building on the strategic foundations established through the Year 1 IDO Project, including the approved Data Strategy, Analytics Strategy, and Technology Architecture, this initiative will develop the architectural blueprint for a Centralized Data Store (CDS). With the end goal of being able to reliably and easily access the right data to make organizational, strategic and executional decisions, Lumenus is aiming to have a single source of “truth” for our data, an insights driven organization.
