This section contains the Scope of Work for this Innovative Solicitation that shall consist of: the baseline sampling with Supplemental Site Assessment Report, Remedial Action Plan (RAP) preparation to rehabilitate the site to a reduction to CTLs, implementation of the approved RAP, remedial action startup activities and active remediation (in accordance with the approved RAP), Post Active Remediation Monitoring (PARM), and discharge closure activities. Technology that enhances traditional technologies that may include but may not be limited to the following: Groundwater extraction. Air sparge/soil vapor extraction (includes bio-sparging). Soil vapor extraction alone.Dual Phase or multi-Phase extraction.Excavation (conventional or large-diameter auger). See outside link.
