The anticipated requirement includes the supply, installation, integration, and long‑term in‑country support of: (1) digital forensics lab equipment and data storage systems (e.g., Dell PowerScale A310 or equivalent); (2) rack systems with cooling and electrical accessories (e.g., APC NetShelter SX 42U with InRow cooling or equivalent); (3) laptop workstations and rugged laptops pre‑installed with required hardware/software; and (4) an integrated building and perimeter security system with access control and CCTV. Computer equipment must be deliverable within 8-12 weeks from purchase order issuance, and quoted prices in any future solicitation are expected to include all shipping, brokerage, and transportation to the INL office in Port of Spain.
