IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE RTN COMPANY, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE DATE ESTABLISHED NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from payment of the Tax on Sales, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this benefit of exemption from the Tax on Sales. By virtue of the above, it is established that suppliers who invoice goods or services to INJUPEMP are obliged to issue invoices with exemption from Sales Tax for purchases made by this social security entity. To do this, it is necessary that the awarded suppliers comply with the following documentary requirements.
