This contract is part of the renewal of the energy management information system currently operated by the coordinator for the needs of the energy order group. The future holder must ensure continuity of service, data recovery and support for users in the transition between the existing solution and the proposed solution. This consultation, governed by the public procurement regulations in force, is carried out by the SDET. The software solution, a full web platform, will notably allow: -The management of electricity and gas supply markets carried out by the group; -Management of membership and membership renewal campaigns for members; -Monitoring expenses linked to the supply of electricity and gas; -Monitoring electricity and gas consumption; -Sharing resources via a structured documentary base; -Redirection to the customer areas of suppliers holding supply contracts in the context of technical requests;
