Initial Market Consultations (hereinafter: "Consultations") are conducted pursuant to Art. 84 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law) and in accordance with the principles set out in the announcement on Initial Market Consultations posted on the Purchasing Platform at: https://pz.pej.pl/. 2.
