The subject of the consultation will be to obtain information necessary to prepare proceedings regarding the thermal modernization of educational facilities owned by the Olsztyn Commune, in particular the possible conditions for the provision of services, the method of financing, criteria for selecting offers, method of project settlement, division of risks and requirements towards Bidders. The Ordering Party intends to develop the best solution enabling obtaining competitive offers from professional Bidders from the market and thus, proper implementation of thermal modernization of educational facilities.
