Initial market consultations - implementation of a BMS (Building Management System) in an existing building, including delivery, installation, configuration and integration of the system with the technical infrastructure of the facility 1​. Initial market consultations are carried out pursuant to art. 84 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act", and in accordance with the Regulations for initial market consultations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") constituting Annex No. 1 to of this announcement and via the Purchasing Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") available at https://nask.eb2b.com.pl/.2.
