Hinchinbrook Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractor to undertake remediation works on the water treatment plant buildings located at Ingham and Macknade, Queensland.Following the close of tenders, to assist Council in the tender evaluation process, Council may invite tenderers to a meeting to discuss project methodology.The works include but are not limited to:• Site Preparation;• Traffic Control;• Dilapidation Survey;• Working in Confined Spaces;• Repair Procedures and Requirements as per the Technical Specifications;• Cleaning and Surface Preparation;• Documentation of Defects and Extent of Works;• Crack Repair;• Corrosion Mitigation;• Waterproofing;• Reinforcement Enhancement;• Structural Steelwork and Metal Work;• Quality Control and Testing ;• Final Inspection and Documentation; and• Cleanup and Site Restoration on Completion.Onsite inspection, commencing 9.30am, Macknade Water Treatment Plant Building - 4-14 Marbelli Street, Macknade.
