Infusion pumps for home care
The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 pieces of infusion equipment for home care, including accessories (bag, kidney bag) for the Bed Ward and Outpatient Department of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Pavilion B, 1st and 2nd NP, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Prague 2. The performance also includes the delivery of all accessories, customs duties, transport, commissioning of the equipment, performance of the initial BTK, training of the buyer's staff and handover of related documents to the delivered goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and the user manual in printed and electronic form. The performance also includes the provision of warranty service, the performance of safety inspections, professional maintenance and periodic checks at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, but at least once every 2 years, under the conditions specified in the tender documentation.
