Infusion pumps for home care The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 pieces of infusion equipment for home care, including accessories (bag, kidney bag) for the Bed Ward and Outpatient Department of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Pavilion B, 1st and 2nd NP, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Prague 2. Delivery of all accessories, customs duty, transport, commissioning of the equipment, performance of initial BTK, training of the buyer's operator and handover of documents relating to the delivered goods, in particular declaration of conformity and operating instructions in in printed and electronic form. The performance also includes the provision of warranty service, the performance of safety inspections, professional maintenance and periodic inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, but at least once every 2 years, under the conditions specified in the tender documentation.
