The assignment consists of the environmental construction of the new housing development of the housing company WIL. The adjacent school environment (access road and parking) will also be renovated. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS The assignment mainly includes: - Construction preparation creating the project zone - Earthworks - Construction of a new sewer system RWA and DWA - Placing foundations - Placing linear elements - Constructing pavements in asphalt, concrete, concrete paving stones and semi-paving - Providing the necessary landscaping and maintenance. The award of this contract is subject to the condition precedent that the necessary environmental permit for the planned works has finally been obtained and becomes executable. If the permit is not granted, or is refused on appeal, or if the permit is annulled, the agreement will be deemed non-existent by operation of law, without any party being able to claim damages."
