Infrastructure works for the IGMH new CSSD project consists mainly of the works below.
o Preliminaries
o Clean up
o Demolition work,
o Flooring
o Partition wall
o Door & Windows
o Ceiling
o Tiling
o Metal, and Timber works,
o Electrical works,
o Hydraulic and Drainage works
o Ventilation and finishing works
Parties that have successfully completed at least 3 [Three] General Construction - Civil work projects valued over MVR 500, 000.00 [Five Hundred Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa] in the last 5 [Five] years.
Site visit shall be requested via email to tenders@sto.mv on or before 20th May 2021, 1400hrs.
Questions and Replies: Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 23rd May 2021, 1400hrs.
