The subject of the order is the execution of construction works titled: Infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility - Construction of the Gdynia Chylonia integration hub - Stage II Northern - part II. The scope of the subject matter of the order includes: 1. execution of construction works in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order provided by the Ordering Party (constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and including: 1.1 - design documentation, 1.2 technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works);2. obtaining a decision on the use or submission permit, respectively effective notification of the completion of works to the competent construction supervision authority and submitting to the Ordering Party an appropriately obtained occupancy permit or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notification; The contractor determines which ones at his own discretion part of the subject matter of the contract and within what time limit they require obtaining such permission or submitting a notification. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with appropriate powers of attorney in this respect.
