Tender Details

It is a framework arrangement procurement of construction services. This procurement concerns the field of street and road construction and it also includes the construction of green areas. The procurement includes the management of infrastructure projects, the construction of projects (incl. design preparation and supervision, construction preparation and supervision, reception and commissioning and warranty period) as well as site supervision tasks. The procurement may also include the tasks of a safety coordinator. The planned contract period is 22.6.2026 - 19.6.2028. It is possible to add options for 1+1 years to the acquisition. The ceiling price of the procurement, including possible option years, is €400, 000. The content of the tasks included in the procurement and the terms of the framework contract are shown in the tender documents (a draft contract is attached). The procurement procedures for procurements based on the framework arrangement are presented in the draft contract in appendix 1.
