Infrastructural development Tarnamérai Alt. Isk. During this procedure, the Egri Tankerületi Központ, as the Bidder, plans to renovate the following location: 3284 Tarnamera, Dobó István u. 1/b.; hrsz.: 518/9 Monument trunk number: 2249; Monumental identification number: 5864 The Tarnamera elementary school operates on the plot, which is attached to the former castle. The buildings once operated together, and part of the school was located in the castle. On the neighboring lot at map number 518/6 was the Almássy Castle stands, which is under monument protection. The plot of the school building is thus considered a historic environment. The school building was connected to the castle building with a side corridor, where classrooms were also created. Today it is the castle building the school does not want to use it, the conditions required for teaching in the 21st century cannot be ensured in the listed building. Renovation of the existing school building is not planned. There was a need to expand the school's classrooms, 2 more classrooms and a developer the goal is to build a hall. Expansion is possible along the long corridors of the school building. Due to the proximity of the plot boundaries, the extension would be planned to the southeast, in the direction of the backyard. In the continuation of the long corridor, we create a new corridor section, which is one it is supplemented with a toilet block.
