The Local Government Unit of Pagalungan, Province of Maguindanao, through its 20% Development Fund Calendar Year 2026, intends to apply the sum corresponding each item/lot being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item/lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
