Description : 1. The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan, through the 20% Development Fund for the contract approved by the Municipality of Dinalupihan for 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS & 29/100 ONLY (₱999, 878.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF RHU I (PHASE II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan now invites bids IMPROVEMENT OF RHU I (PHASE II). Completion of the Works is required Twenty-Five (25) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
