1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2023 CITY MAYOR-S OFFICE (NON-OFFICE) (ORDINANCE NO. 2023-013) FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5, 000, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA 2023-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Catbalogan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty Five (155) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
