Trias, Cavite, through the AIP 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 9, 999, 565.11 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFR-25-060- REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF PUBLIC STRUCTURES AND WATER WAYS DAMAGED BY IMPACT OF HUMAN AND NATURAL HAZARDS WHICH CAUSED DISASTER AT BARANGAY PASONG KAWAYAN II, CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
