1) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 70% LDRRMF 2026 9940-3-6-26 intends to apply the sum of Php1, 999, 942.29 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water System Project at Brgy. Calais, Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for Construction of Water System Project at Brgy. Calais, Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay Province with Project Identification Number INFR-2026-059.3 Completion of the Works is required within 76 Working Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
