Description : The videos aim to educate and inform Hawaiian Homes Lands beneficiaries, Hawaiʻi state government leaders, the wider community, and other stakeholders of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands- requirements, procedures, processes, initiatives, and support services.These objectives will be achieved through the creation of:• A series of up to fifteen (15) informational videos each being two to five minutes in length to be completed within a three-month timeframe.• Event-specific promotional videos and sizzle reels.The Offeror will deliver videography services encompassing, but not restricted to, the following:• On-location or in-office filming.• HD video production capabilities.• Access to permission-free, -cleared stock footage.• Access to permission-free, -cleared music.• Video editing.• Polished overlay video graphics.• Project coordination to include shoot scheduling and management of logistics on shoot days.• Revisions upon request.• Captioning for each video produced.• The ability to record voiceover narratives.The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands shall retain editorial control and ownership of all videos produced.ContentFinished videos will feature footage (stills, broll) provided by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands- Information and Community Relations Office (ICRO).
